The whole thing could be considered "not in the best interests of shareholders" by the Exchange. This not only puts a certain degree of accountability on the Exchange for the shareholders of this stock, but also the accountability the Exchange must show for EVERY retail shareholder that invests in this market and Venture companies. A huge thing could be developing here that could repercuss the regulatories and exchanges, if a reasonable amount of integrity is not upheld by these governing bodies, the retail investment community is at risk, and I believe a lot of little companies that trade on the Venture, would not want the retail portion of their funding to dissapear, they need us. So integrity will have to be upheld or serious questions will abound, not only from us. With all the corruption in the markets going on today, the exchange, etc, has no choice but to retain a shareholders best interest.
