MM,s trying to cross trade price down

Its pretty apparent that the MM,s are at work again today to knock the sp down. CIBC sold Scotia 23000 shares, then it looks like Scotia turns around and starts cross trading these shares to Anon , themselves and Jitney, to step the sp down.

Where is the integrity in the markets?
