I was just speaking with Pan Pacific about booking a room there for the AGM. I assumed that our AGM would be held there, but the lady said there is no booking by SLI yet. I held off from booking until I find if its being held there. The lady also said there is not much time left to book because they are now booking for the middle of Nov. I find it unprofessional to release the date of the AGM and not the place. How can we make arrangements, without details? How does the company know that they can have the AGM on the specific date if there is no booking of an actual place to hold it?
