I subtracted the number of shares sold since October 18th 2011 when according to the "Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular" for the AGM, on page 13, the table there reveals she held 3,652,675 shares. Someone could double check my math on the subtraction of shares sold since then. I easily could have made an error but that is what I came up with on shares not sold yet as I was just trying to get a rough estimation.
