Is Lori the only insider selling?

If so it may be a shell game with her shares. Either trying to initiate a response by others to sell cheap or just moving shares to friends and family as a form of revenue sharing.

If she is actually liquidating shares at these prices (I'm assuming at a loss) she either knows something and should go to jail or is a stupid stupid person.
