Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Rosco, there are many reasons for her to sell, and to allow fear to take first crack at your reasoning, may not be a good idea. Do you believe in all your DD you did on the company as a whole? What has kept you here invested and why? Take your time and ask yourself these questions as you evaluate the situation. Do you see panic by other shareholders and see them selling? If you look at the volumes and match them up with her sells on those days, you will clearly see that its mainly her thats selling accounting for the biggest portion of the trading, the next biggest portion of the trading is from Anon and their channels, passing shares back and forth that gets logged as trading, but in actuality, at the end of the day, these shares really didn,t change hands.
Its so convenient for Anon to have the liberty to control the sp, a tool that the little guy is denied. If we, the little shareholders had the tools of control that these MM,s and bigger guys have, most of us wouldn,t be on these boards because we would be rich, because we could take any stock we owned to a price of infinity. But back here in the real world, we are not obliged these tools and must let these MM,s control our investment and price it at where they want, for their convenience, not ours. The markets are supposed to have a degree of integrity and protection for the little guy, but when the above happens, it may be seen as a contradiction, to many.
Here are some reasons that may account for anyone selling stock in general.
need money right away for something urgent
are forced to sell because of various reasons
maybe they borrowed money from a loan shark
maybe the bank called in their margin
don,t think the investment is worth it
may be shorting the stock
just trading
figure a PP may be coming
a new car
a new home
taxes
thinks the market may crash
charity
sell for a good cause, like a family or friend needed help right away, or even a misfortunate somewhere that somebody wanted to share some of their wealth with them and get the satisfaction of seeing appreciation in the eyes of the recipient, and knowing you made a good difference in their live/s.
These are a few quick ones that I can think of why anyone in general might want to sell a stock. Some may apply to her selling, or maybe none at all, no body knows, only her, but one thing for sure, there are so many reasons to sell.
In Lori,s case, you also have to keep in mind that she is trading, which means she is not in a trading blackout and that she is not in reciept of material information, good or bad.
