Directors are liable to the shareholders. We have very little comunication with management since Murry has been fired. Its part of the directors job to correct this problem and fulfill their obligation to shareholders.

We haven,t heard peep of our two new ones Donald Bastien and Paul Macdonald. Who are they there for?
