She sold some shares privately, meaning she doesn,t want to lose those shares but wants/needs the money now for them. If she was cashing out, she wouldn,t do this. And think of who is holding those shares for her, they are not gonna hold worthless shares and get left holding the bag.

She needs money for something quick and 115k sold by Raymond James today on the Alpha may easily be another private sale.
