As for Lori selling stock, I don,t think that means much when you consider the potential here. She could have any one or a combination of reasons for selling. It looks to me that maybe she has to, to be selling at these low prices and hastily.

I was in Spider Resources where I seen one of management selling a lot of shares about a month before at ~.05-.06 range. I stayed in the stock and could never figure out why he sold, because about a month later, an offer came for around .24 cents, 400% more than what he had sold at. But also, we all know that sometimes these things happen that have explanations that never meet the public eye, just how it works I guess.

I don,t believe watching the sells of management is a prudent practice of DD.
