While I would never suggest the CEO selling is a good sign...I just think the pattern of selling is far from a definitive indication one way or another. It should also be considered that other than one other insider back in Feb. making dispositions... there have been no other insiders selling. No Directors former or present, No close friends of the CEO...nobody.

...as far as Lori's holdings...I'm not sure but I had heard in the past that her holding were 4X that amount...but I have no confirmation either...maybe someone who knows can chime in.
