I guess we should be able to say that this could be a positive move toward establishing some degree of trust again in the financial system. One small step. At least the realization, of why the financial system must change is presented. But, I can,t help but feel, the system was left with an ultimatum.

There has to be many changes and the recognition of promptness is revealed in this link.
