So, at least we see forward movement in this project. It attained community support as per below;

"the company had won crucial community support for its water plan and hoped to secure government approval to start construction soon in the southern region of Moquegua"

The important thing here is that it shows communities will support mines they just want their say in things which is justifiably so.
