With all due respect, JW, Lori sold 105,000 shares between May 29th and June 1st: nearly the same amount as the recorded short position of 107,255 shares as of May 31st. Lori's selling caused virtually the same amount of selling pressure as the "well planned attack." The only difference between the two is Lori doesn't have to buy her shares back whereas the short postion must be covered by buying shares in the open market.
