In most smaller organizations, the appointed directors are mandatory and generally thei do what the CEO wants. They often just meet once a year and get their fee of several $000.
This way, their (sometimes impressive) names are shown as part of the organization, but have nothing to do with running or managing the companies.
So it may well be that we won't see much of some of our new direstors. Lori will do what she wants and we can only hope that at the end (which seems near) we investors will find out what excacty is happening to SLI.
