Iced, I don't hold much on Barchart, because I checked on some companies and I know people who invested in RGC based on it when all indications were BUY!, the stock dropped from the very next day and never recovered.

I have no idea how they come to their recommendations, but I would not use it to help me make up my mind about an investment from here on in.
