I believe there may be some interesting points in here for investors for comparison purposes in regards to how the transaction will go, etc.

So we knew Iamgold was gonna buy somebody out, now we know who. I see its interesting where they as well, maybe like Barrick, have sold smaller non core assets and are redeploying their cash into stronger projects.
FYI, I Trelawney had around 177million shares outstanding, the buy out price will be paid to the fully diluted status, meaning warrants and options not yet exercised, will be honered.
