INTIGOLD MINES LTD.: DIRECTOR RESIGNS AND NEW DIRECTOR IS APPOINTED

Intigold Mines Ltd. and St. Elias Mines Ltd. director Lloyd Brewer has resigned effective today. Mr. Brewer will continue to provide invaluable expertise in bringing prospective mineral opportunities to the companies. Paul McDonald has been elected to St. Elias's board of directors.

Mr. McDonald brings to Intigold over 25 years of diverse and valuable experience in financing and development of growth companies in the resource sector. He is currently a director of St. Elias Mines Ltd. and Nymox Pharmaceutical Corp. Mr. McDonald was previously vice-president of the Montreal Stock Exchange and he was principal owner and president of Grant Johnson Securities. He has had numerous appointments to corporate boards, including Sullivan Mining Group and Chemalloy Minerals Corp. He has been a member of the executive committees of the Montreal Stock Exchange. Mr. McDonald has a law degree from McGill University.
