I don,t know if the 3 directors have filed with SEDI to get their names taken off the insider list. I have seen in the past in a different company where a directors name stayed on the insider list for about a year after he left the company because he didn,t file to get his name off.

Also insiders have to report trades within 5 business days now, where it used to be 10 prior to 2010.
