I found St. Elias mines and the Tesoro by accident when St. Elias broke the option agreement with Amarok Resources. I was interested in the Cueva Blanca property and had stock in Amarok and thus traced the Cueva Blanca to St. Elias when the option was broken.

I am researching to see if I can find out more but I remember at the time that Amarok was not at all happy and threatened to pursue legal action against St. Elias. As far as I know no real reason was ever given for what happened.
