jw83jw, Lori did not give up anything, it just gets directed into a different pocket. Lets face it, they are both her companies. I imagine that the same will happen with Havilah in the near future. We will never know the real reason why these companies are created and parts are optioned off to each other, only management and their advisors know. we can only hope that the actions eventually benefit also the general shareholder as well as management.
