IMO – the PP was a required step before the final application to the Venture Exchange ( I think this is the last step). Then the V. Exchange will rubber stamp the approval and provide SLI with pertinent details (like effective date ect.). That information is what SLI is needing before they can make a News Release about the spin off ect. The details and delays are beyond my comprehension of it – but in a general sense I think it’s pretty simple and it appears to be on track. I’m just crossing my fingers everything else clicks along.
