We all dislike to look at paper decreases in net worth, but consider what happened with the last set of premature drill results, IMO. I would be disappointed if Lori released a mediocre report just to keep shareholders up to date. Even if the grades were fairly good and the s.p. increased to a more favorable level, I, along with many others here are mainly interested in the grade of gold in the large anomaly. I would only have a fraction of the shares I hold if SLI only concerned the ore that SLI is drilling right now. As reported, each drill hole is a learning experience so that when the deep drills arrive the geologists will have a good deal of evidence regarding the best place to start and at what angle and dip.
As you know it will add a lot of value if at the completion of the trenching and shallow drilling, we will be looking at an open pit mine.
Granted if some cores come in with high grade values, then this will only help confirm what is causing the unusual geophysical findings deeper. We have all seen the size of that structure and from time to time if you are impatient you might want to review the immense tonnage that has been calculated and instead of suggesting what Lori should do, work out how many years it would take to mine with that amount of ore.
