Message: part of Lori,s presentation

I listened to the audio of the presentation and would like to comment on this portion about Canchete.

We know the C-1 mine has multiple levels down to 100m ansd we have a lot of info from this area. I have done a lot of research on this area, but what I heard Lori say in her presentation about the Canchete, is a little bit different and interesting. So, she is talking about drifting (tunneling) along the 20 m level to punch out through the side of the hill. This tunnel was made as a ventilation shaft and also an access shaft. She goes further to say, that while digging this tunnel, samples are taken, that assay 2-3 ounces per ton gold . Whats more interesting is, she says they were not even looking for gold here, this tunnel was for access and ventilation, not mining the gold. She then speaks about how they continued drifting in a grid pattern, east and west, and verticle, going deeper. While they are doing this, they are sampling the development material, this material ends up having an average grade of ~1 ounce per ton. This is important because it is material as it comes, waste and ore mixed, it is not high graded. If I remember correctly, the tailings pile (waste rock) from informale mining of the C-1, at surface, assayed between 1-3 g/ts.

Also, what I found interesting is that Lori called the C-1TO 3 veins etc, are clusters. Meaning that there are more smaller veins coming off main veins. This is the first time that I heard clusters mentioned here, but have seen them in pictures and have read very limited info on them in this area. The importance of clusters being here, is that they add gold grade through what otherwise may be considered waste rock. Add this on top of secondary mineralization of the host rock in this area, and you are on your way to maybe having enough grade for an open pit in this area.

The Titan target responses for this area are well defined in the slides. You can trace the C-1 mine onto the image and it corresponds pretty accurately. So, we have 10 tested responses of the Titan, numbered Z-1 to Z-10. And these tested 10 zones are very similar to the other anomalies. So, I think the anomalies have to contain considerable gold like the tested zones do, it should only be logic and science.

Here is the link to how rich "Payback Hill" was that Barrick got from Arequipa, average 23 g/t. I wonder if the C-1 will rival that if it ever gets mined?
