I don't know how to paste the slopes that Quantec provided; it would be much easier if you could see their pictures. I forgot to add that I looked up a milliradian, and it is 1/6283 part of a circle.

I think the main thing was the comment that when the people that know about these slopes saw the Tesoro anomaly, one of them said "Wow"!
