Good question and interesting topic. I know I can,t answer it, but I hope someone here does, I would also like to know the answer.

I believe this may explain why the link to Agoracom may have been cut from the SLI website. Apparently the company cannot talk about the spinout company prior to the IPO date, or have any links from its website to anywheres that may talk about it, like here. At least this is my understanding, another interpretation will be greatly appreciated.
By looking at this further, I believe that the mother company DOES NOT have to remain quiet about any of the other properties that are not involved in the spinout. Only the properties included and any other pertinent info about the spin out company which may affect its sp upon the IPO.
And, we have been receiving news for SLI within this period, so I assume it is the way I stated.
