Hi JW, hey with all due respect, we have to look at your numbers. Does not matter if I agree with the numbers you used as examples (because they do seem a bit low for a takeout offer)

But, the Math does not add up. This is how I see it should be, with the numbers you are using:

For example, lets look at 50,000,000 OZ (50 Million OZ)

50,000,000 OZ X $38/OZ divided by 130,000,000 shares

This would give you $14.61 NOT $190.00

This is the math, not my opinion, cause I think your numbers are very low, but I just want to correct the Math part of it.

Once again, I mean this with respect, I do not like correcting peoples posts.
