tsk,tsk,tsk

you say;

1)I didn't call anyone stupid.

1) here is part of your previous post, the way its worded, would suggest to me you are;

"I saw at least 10 or more people begging for them to be interpreted. And it was not just for a second opinion or to get another perspective - the people posting HAD NO CLUE what they were looking at."

2)When results came out I felt sick for him.

2) Why would you feel sick for him? It was stated in those releases that they were only partial,tests initial results. Surely you could see that by reading the release properly?

3)Anyhow, over a month ago, I encouraged him to cut his losses in the $1 to $1.10 range....he did not. I told him he can make a decision - wait, with crossed fingers on drill results or get some capital back now.

3) This was noble of you and I can appreciate that. If he has/had a long term horizon, I hope you told him that it was possible for this to rebound in a few years if the rest of the results are bad. Or that he could trade, if he is good at timing and get in later if results warranted. You only did what you think was right, I understand that, but there is so much more to this stock than just reading one news release from one property, no one can make a reasonable investing decision like that. You need hours of DD on your investment, and to be prudent, Mad Money,s Jim Cramer says, you should do continuous DD on your investments at least a few hours per month, per investment to keep on top of things.

This discussion will now be off topic, if you wish to resume it, I will chat with ya there.
