Sorry Hyperman, but I've never heard of a CEO who protected their company from an unwanted takeover by letting the stock price drop like a rock! Rationalizing this drop is grossly incorrect in my opinion. Lori would serve us all (and SLI) by doing everything in her power to keep the share price up. The shareholders would be a lot happier as well as protecting us from a hostile takeover in my opinion. All the majors have to know by now that Tesoro is for sale. All they care about is "How much gold is there and what can we steal it for?" Sorry for the disagreement. Keep the share price high! JW
