Soon, the house will be cleaned up with no attached strings. This will put us into an organized position and a protected zone. We can go forward from here stronger than ever and may be able to accomplish great things if our properties allow, which I believe they will.

When the Havilah spin out gets finalized shortly, that leaves an excellent little company with a portfolio of 8 B.C. properties, that I feel confident will make Havilah valuable. The great thing about Havilah, as was/is with SLI, is that it will be strongly held , and if SLI turns out to be as good as we believe, then there will be 8 gifts in Havilah that may be able to keep giving. As we said before, if we are able to sell the Tesoro/SLI entity rather quickly, there will be a lot of dollars laying around that could fund Havilah up and enable it to excel at proving up those 8 properties. If Lori and us have great success with SLI, then success attracts success. So, this now leaves SLI with the Peruvian properties only.

At this time, the Vilcoro is not optioned out, it magically had its string cut last year and brought back under our full control. This properties option agreement with Ansell was miraculously just dropped last April, with no explanation why. So, its status now, 100% in our hands with no strings attached, not available for option(that I know of), and could be easily and quickly moved if someone became interested in buying it.

The string was also cut on our other Peruvian property, Cueva Blanca. Lori took it back from Amarok in May last year. That contract was nullified and a new one done with a SLI affiliate(sort of speak) IGD, but management/we have control over IDG, so we say what goes on there.

So, it would appear to me that shortly there will be no strings attached to SLI and make any future business on any of the Peruvian properties, a more simple process.

IMO and speculative, but the fact will be, no strings attached shortly.
