Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
This is what makes me so frustrated with the communication between the company and it's shareholders...

"Jeff returned my call last night and assured me that the recent insider activity is to get Havilah financed and wrapped up. He said that it should be complete within 1-2 weeks and we will be getting some updates then."
WHY does a shareholder have to take the time to take it upon themselves to contact the company and suck this bit of blood from the proverbial stone?!!!
....I wrote the following in 3 minutes to illustrate what could easily have been posted on the SLI website to convey this little piece of solace to investors who have been bled to the tune of -70% in 2 short months. Keep in mind this would not have any effect on the SP +/- it would simply keep those who are frustrated and disgruntled from getting more frustrated and disgruntled.
NOTE THIS IS A FICTIONAL POST AND WAS WRITTEN BY STEWIE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ILLUSTRATION.
Note to investors:
In light of recent trading activity and other recent concerns expressed by St Elias Mines investors we would like to inform you that the delay in further assay results being released are due to the necessity of the Havilah spin out to be concluded prior to the release of further assays which management believe to be in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.
We continue to make significant progress in the drilling program as well as adding key strategic personnel to the Tesoro project.
We are taking all steps necessary to finance the Havilah spin out in order to expedite the process and we appreciate your continued patience until this matter is concluded.
Sincerely,
Management
