1.We know from previous NRs that extensive trenching and drilling is completed with no official results indicating that management is strategically not sharing this info. This strategy was also confirmed by Lori at the AGM. No doubt they are aware of their legal responsibilities but as speculated here it is quite legitimate for there to be unofficial viewing of results before samples go to labs. Surely our geologists are intelligent professionals.

2.As Sculpin says about stock price " by the way management is acting, what my DD tells me, all the facts in NR,s, Financial statements, company web site, we are severely undervalued here." Yet as Kemo and others recently suggest Lori for a variety of reasons speculated does not seem to be concerned with the low stock price at this point. On the surface this seems counter-intuitive for a CEO, but given the unique nature of the property, factoring the risk of a hostile takeover and strategizing to surprise the market with a buyout are valid reasons. Hence negotiating behind closed doors while pushing back expectations to 7 months before drilling results are completed seems totally consistent.

3.Given the numerous official reports and NRs posted on the St. Elias website and summarized by Mr. Hobbes on this site, extrapolating the probability of a huge gold deposit at Tesoro is reasonable. Given the positive information so readily disclosed in earlier reports, and the shortage of info now, again there seems to be a very clear shift in strategy.

4.Given the timing of the Havilah spinoff being imminent, management and directors having so much skin in the game with options and the timeline of warrant incentives is also an important factor.

5.Bashing of the company and certain individuals, including the recent attack of Hogtown, shows more than a difference of opinion. As sad and unfair as this is, the irony is that it makes me more confident in my DD that SLI is sitting on something VERY BIG!!! Dogs don't bark at parked cars.
