Tomandjerry,

In response to your comments:

For clarification, I did not mean that phase one of the drilling or all trenching was complete: only that it is clear from previously NR that the drilling trenching program is well under way. Sorry for any confusion here. Comments since posted from bush boy, Hyperman and CRE address this point as well. I believe the Board and Management's job is to ethically manage the information given out in the best interest of the company and it's share holders.

Regarding your questions:

I found ldsands comment interesting under "Spoke with Jeff" that he understood him to say "..that the next NR will be extremely comprehensive and detailed." I do not believe that management's intention is to increase the level of concern of shareholders. As a public company it is there job to maximize value for shareholders, and because of the specific cercumstances of this play it may mean the the long term interests of shareholders is weighed more heavily that the short term. It makes it difficult to second guess everything when there are so many variables that we don't know that management knows and rightly does not share. I was only basing my speculation on what I could see, and seeing what I consider the tip of an iceberg leads one to speculate what's the size beneath the surface.

I hope this helps. Your comment that you have not sold a single share speaks volumes.

IMO

Rev Elvis
