I didn't look this up Hobbes but at one point they would have bought 950,000 shares in a P.P. and along with them came 950,000 warrants that are typically (for SLI) 2 year terms. Not sure which year they're in but it's one price for the first year and a higher price the second year. Whichever year they're in, the price now is 0.45, so if they come up with $427,500 dollars, they can buy them. If they dont buy them then they disappear. (if they're at the end of the second year)
