Sculpin, don't mean to be critical at all, you know that, but in actual fact, it's just about twice as good as you say.

1T of the host rock, would actually be 1M X 1M X 0.36M which would equal 0.36M3 per T

We know that because, 2.75T/M3

So 1M3 divided by 2.75T = 0.36M3 per T

So, it's almost 2 times better than your example!

(PS: In any speculative math examples we did in the past, we always used 2.5T/M3, only to be extra conservative, instead of using the 2.75T/M3)
