February 7, 2012 - mentioned a transcript of the Conference call

My dear Sculpin, it seems that you now work for me. You mentioned to everyone that you have the CEO’s ear. It seems like anything I suggest, you jump all over it, possibly taking credit, maybe you are losing your touch?
