That was a "LIVE to air" video segment. It was not edited. As they said on air "LIVE" interview. After 25 years in Television News I know how this works. It was LIVE, not edited and like much American network news they grabbed whomever would comment on their ridiculous premise.

They don't care how her company is doing, if she is successful, if she has anything to say on other topics. She was asked to comment on "women in business" because of the Facebook issue with women on their staff. She was willing. That's why she was on the TV.
