I believe it's pretty common for a company to have a float of pre-approved options on the books to help with recruiting like we've seen today. I was very pleased to see that Don Ronnings options have a vesting period attached. He is getting paid to perform, and if he doesn't, he won't get all his options. This is another example of skin in the game incenting performance. This is a good news NR, IMHO.
