It seems to me many have the fair weather fan syndrome. One thing ive noticed looking at charts for these venture stocks is there is a lot of drastic movement. I'm no expert for sure but im not invested in a low risk blue chip company with a fairly steady sp and continuous growth etc etc. To freak out over a major downturn does not make sense to me. If it did I wouldnt invest in a venture gold stock lol.
Management hasnt changed how they manage in the time Ive been invested. Some may argue this based on what we have seen recently from our side of the fence however I believe its the shareholders that have been changing their attitudes along with the sp. Not to be unexpected as I think its just human nature. Ive got my ups and downs as well just like everybody else on this ride but if you got into this for what you learned about in the beginning ...whats changed on the property except more progress. How many said they didnt care about the sp when we were above $2 that are upset now? Its the buyout that really matters to me. Im not risking my money in a venture stock to make 15-20%.
As quiet as management is being..even though Lori probably could give us a better indication of her side of things.. it may not be to our benefit at this time. We just dont know and thats part of the risk imo. Thats the bottom line. Continue trusting her or move on. Some can power through it some cant. Ive mentioned this stock to quite a few people who have since invested. I do not believe all will be here to see it through to the end. I read an article a while back by some millionare investor who said these things ALWAYS take WAY longer than expected. If I could find it I'd post it. It really put this into perspective for me. I have a job. I'll wait it out for the better or worse. I truley believe it will be for the better.
