That the Securities Commision forced the NR only reinforces the idea of a LEAK.

A possibility: Someone knew the early drill results were bad and traded on those bad results. The company was forced to release the results by the commision to level the playing field. This is only a POSSIBLE reason for releasing such bad results early and purely speculation on my part.
