I guess I got lucky, I sold the majority of my shares immediately after the AGM.

Why ? Because Tina Whyte became a director.

The directors direct the direction of the corporation, the officers execute the direction.

I guess a good anology would be the coaches (directors) calling the plays and the team (officers) executing on those plays. Lori being the quarterback.

We now have four playing coaches. Who are they going to support ? The two relatively new coaches or their longstanding team leader, their quarterback.

Make no mistake, this company is still being directed by Lori. If you are confident that she can turn this into a winning team, then hang on to your shares.

When Tina was elected to the BOD it didn't make sense to me, and when things don't make sense I tend to preserve my capital.

I still hold shares in this company (at no cost) and like all of you here feel this project has potential. I sicerely hope the next set of results reward our faith.
