If and when there is an offer each person will have to a decision that is good for themselves. Each person has their own issues to deal with. However if some entity proposes a lowball offer,management will reject it. They will encourage others to reject it as well. They will in all probability have a "white knight"lined up for another offer. Or a competitor who has been looking will see the lowball offer and make a competing offer. IMO This is all assuming we ever get trenching and complete drilling results
