Sorry, he did not update me on that. I know the SLI financials are due anytime, cause they should be from end of Nov 30, 2011. The last financials we saw were end of Aug 31, 2011.

Just know for sure, Intigold is still in the picture. Presently, the IGD ask price is lower than the recent PP they did. (27 cents)
