Interpretation of NR.

I think while there seems to be positive signs in the NR...It is absolutely possible to make a logical argument that the NR is POSITVE or NEGATIVE... it all depends on how one fills in the blanks created by the vague statements in the NR. I think we are at risk of another round of rampant speculation...good and bad...so I would like to see everyone post cautiously and responsibly with their views.

I will say this...the one thing that has me feeling more positive...is that the vague nature of this NR following the last NR which also was vague...suggests to me that the vague nature of the NR's are in fact tactical...not incompetence. To what end? who knows...but at least there appears to be method to the madness.
