This is very very good. If an insider, (and they all already have stock options) drops 20k to buy yet more shares it tells you something. The shares are way undervalued AND the insider has a great deal of confidence that the price will go up in a short time.

I suspect the clrification will be spiced with some new information that could drive this north of 3 or 4 bucks....
