12 years ago was Lloyd's mishap. I believe the 2010 story is referring to Duncan Bain and his professional association problems.

All this talk about directors and 50% independent for the AMEX listing...can we even get a listing now? I thought you needed a $2 share price and/or a certain market cap. Right now we are far from that.
