Fair enough I understand that logic; however we just voted the BOD at the AGM in November. Looks like our votes didn't count for much did they? Especially if Lori has been lining these guys up for months.

BTW I'm not complaining about the new board members as I believe it's a definite improvement, but there's something going on behind the scenes that management is not letting on to.
