I was recently reading about the differences between corporate governance in Canada versus the US. In the US 50% of your board of directors needs to be independant (from outside of the company). If we plan to list on a US exchange this must be the case in our BOD.

Perhaps Bain and Allan remain as loyal employees and stepped down as directors so we could comply and gain our AMEX listing. If this is the case we should be thanking them. We also moved to 6 directors meaning 3 must be independant. My question is about Lloyd Brewer...is he employed by SLI?
