I belive your right that it was an oversight or mistake or poor judgement. Not sure what his intentions were, but why woul he sell 10,000 shares on Nov. 13th @ .23, and sell 5,500 shares on Nov. 14th @ .16, and the on Nov. 15th exercise 40,000 options at .30. I'm not sure what he was thinking, but belive this does not have any bearring on us now.So lets move forward.
