Hey folks,

What an emotional roller coaster we have been on as of late. It is always difficult when you have a little sp and timelines past in your hindsight to evaluate. I have talked to many people over the past week or so and have heard many the same people say these phrases in that time frame;

• "Should have sold off some position @ +$2.00"
• "Should have bought more when it was down to .65 Last week"
• "Looks like we are going to have a solid week!"
• "What the h..l is going on again?"

We have some higher than normal volume and it is not happening by accident. I can't understand what is going on as it has been carried out with some profeesional trading techniques. But! remember it is happening for a reason and they have a purpose. This will all hopefully become clear some day for us all to look back on.

With the amount of activity and emotions overflowing it is sometimes hard to remain focused. So, I will remind you of some highlights that have occured and Key things to expect in hear about the near future:

• one rig drilling and another on location now, assays are starting to come.
• Deep rig is coming or maybe even there?
• Lori bought 1.8mllion in shares of SLI in PP @ 1.80 - no accident
• Drilling program doubled - no accident.
• Aquired more property on Tesoro, optioned out to IGD - no accident
• 2 new high profile directors on board - only 2 days after the other 2 resign - no accident. These guys would not walk into a mess without an upside.
• Lloyd Brewer the project mangeer and other new director on location to ensure the new rig is efficient in place and drilling.
• New involvement of additional GEO's - even the head Quantec geo - no accident
• 1st assay released - need clarification on the results and locations of the holes. Are these the only ones, the 1st ones or the 1st released. Hopefully the come steady from here.
• Trenching program was expanded - no accident. Assays are way over due - is there a strategic purpose for the holding back of these results? hopefully.
• Vilcoro drill ready and not yet active - no accident. Possiblity of drilling on 2 Peruvian properties would be a nice additional strategic rollout.
• Havilah split will be spun out and begin trading on its own merits

So much to look forward to and be satified with even in a time when we are swimming with the sharks right now. Hang in there if you can.
