I think its encumbent in order to move forward we need to know what has happened in the past and specificaly I mean the resignations, why, when and how. And why when and how these new Directors were "elected". Outside of a Genetral Shareholders meeting. Was there any irregular trading preceding the panic selloff?

As long as these questions remain in the air it will be difficult to move on.
